The Urgent Treatment Centre (UTC) on the Isle of Wight will now be starting to send prescriptions via EPS

For Isle of Wight pharmacies only: Please ensure your pharmacy teams are briefed on this update to procedure in producing prescriptions
Please ensure that you download for any newly issued EPS prescriptions regularly throughout the day to avoid any issues with prescriptions. It's also important to remember to use the prescription tracker if you are trying to find out where a prescription may have gone, before contacting the general practice or UTC.
Isle of Wight CCG hope that this will improve the work-flow for all involved.
