REMINDER: Community Pharmacy Mandatory National Audit 2018/2019

This years audit is on 'Flu Vaccinations for People With Diabetes' and runs for a one-week period (or longer, until a minimum of 10 patients achieved) between 24th October and 16th December 2018
Important to note:
Pharmacists and Contractors are reminded that this is a compulsory element of the Community Pharmacy Contractual Framework (CPCF) and hence MUST be completed and submitted as per NHS England instructions
- Data completion must be by end of closing 16th December 2018
- Submission of data must be by midnight on 30th December 2018
