The NHS 111 phase of the ‘Help Us, Help You’ Winter Pressures campaign launched nationally with a variety of resources and tools available. Please read on for more information...

The campaign runs nationally with TV advertising, video on demand, out of home, search, social media and partnerships activity. People can use NHS 111 to find out what to do and where to go when they have an urgent but non-life-threatening medical concern. The campaign encourages people to call 111 or visit 111.nhs.uk online, instead of worrying, self-diagnosing, or second-guessing what they should do when they have an urgent health problem. The primary audience is all members of the public over the age of 16, with a focus on groups that NHS data show to be more frequent users of A&E departments, such as young adults aged 20-29 years. The campaign assets are available on the PHE Campaign Resource Centre and include the following:- Campaign toolkit with key messages
- Posters
- TV advertisement (30 seconds)
- Social media tool kit with social cutdowns (x3) of the TV ad and a gif
- Static and digital screens for GP surgeries
- Partner content calendar
- Media plan
- Accessibility guides
GP packs and pharmacy packs contain NHS111 posters - follow the links to find out more For further information about the campaign please contact Partnerships@phe.gov.uk.
