A short survey for all members of the pharmacy team

Hampshire and Isle of Wight Councils are currently undertaking a Sexual Health Services Needs Assessment across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight and want to gather the views of the workforce and would be grateful for your help by completing this survey:
The survey should only take 5-10 minutes to complete, and your views will help the councils plan future training, resources and services.
The survey responses will form part of the needs assessment which will provide a comprehensive understanding of the needs of the population and the wider workforce to allow planning for future demand and use of resources in the most effective way to improve sexual and reproductive health outcomes and reduce health inequalities for Hampshire and Isle of Wight residents.
