Final opportunity to complete CPAF screening questionnaire

Community pharmacy contractors are reminded that this Sunday (30th June 2019) is the last day to submit their Community Pharmacy Assurance Framework (CPAF) screening questionnaire.
PSNC reported that 91% of contractors have submitted the survey as of 11.27am today (28 June). Last year, 98% had completed it by the deadline.
Contractors who haven’t yet completed the CPAF screening questionnaire can visit NHS Business Services Authority’s website and will need to enter the pharmacy ODS/F Code into the box provided to access the survey.
