Community Pharmacy Consultation Service (CPCS) Provider Pays Model - PharmOutcomes

Written by AlisonFreemantle on Friday 18th March 2022

The PharmOutcomes Direct Portal has now gone live

To facilitate a smooth transition to the Community Pharmacist Consultation Service (CPCS) provider pays model at the beginning of April 2022, PharmOutcomes have added an appendix to their existing EULA that sets out terms of use for this service. The terms set out in the appendix will only apply to pharmacy organisations that wish to use PharmOutcomes to support CPCS after 1st April 2022.

PharmOutcomes will be asking all system users to accept the new EULA by ticking the confirmation box within the system, which will need to be done before the 31st March. This will happen at the point of login. Please be assured that the content of the EULA itself has not changed, only the addition of the appendix. The appendix will only apply if you have chosen PharmOutcomes as your CPCS IT provider.

If you belong to a large Pharmacy group, this change will have been approved by your head office so you will not see the tick box to confirm acceptance.

The PharmOutcomes Direct Portal is now live to support the sign up process. Contractors that have already expressed an interest will be contacted with more information on how to complete their sign up.

For those who have not yet signed up but wish to do so please access the PharmOutcomes sign up page here
