'County lines', child exploitation, Modern Day Slavery and community partner intelligence

Free events across the county providing information for professionals specific to Child Criminal Exploitation, County Lines and the sharing information with the police using the Community Partnership Information Form (CPI)

Delivered by DI Ross Toms and Education Coordinator PC Maria Carrick, this two hour event is intended to provide delegates with an overview of the current threat, harm and risk relating to the Criminal Exploitation of Children and ‘County Lines’, highlighting the importance of partners sharing non-urgent information with police through the Community Partnership Information Form (CPI)

The event is relevant to front line professionals including health care professionals such as community pharmacists

  • Information will include completing and submitting the CPI form; police processes; information use/potential outcomes and examples of best practice
  • The Safe4me police website will be presented in brief to demonstrate how the site can support education settings, partner agencies and parents
