Entries are invited from pharmacy contractors, pharmacy teams and those working in community pharmacy across Southampton, Hampshire, Isle of Wight and Portsmouth

This year's event has been postponed due to concerns over the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. We look forward to hosting a bumper event in 2021. |
The awards celebrate the fantastic work that community pharmacy contractors and their teams do to improve the health and wellbeing of the people of Southampton, Hampshire, Isle of Wight & Portsmouth.
There will be five award categories again this year.
We really welcome entries that showcase innovation, multidisciplinary team working and excellence in the practice of community pharmacy.
Entries submitted must use the appropriate form for each category (see attachments below). The entries will be judged by an expert panel and the top three entries for each category invited to the Awards evening on the 8th July.
Our Key Note speaker at the event will be announced in due course once confirmed. During the evening we plan to publicise the great work community pharmacies are doing in our locality to enhance patient care and help people stay healthy.
