PQS readiness

In preparation for your PQS declaration in February, some important things to consider and complete are:

  1. Have all registered employees (Pharmacists and Technicians) completed their required CPPE packs?
    1. Sepsis
    2. Look alike sound alike (LASA)
    3. Safeguarding children & vulnerable adults
    4. Risk management
  2. Have you started the NSAID audit?
