VirtualOutcomes additional GDPR training package

A quick and clear explanation of the key top-line things to know about GDPR. Ideal for the whole pharmacy team to complete and understand.


This quick online training (just over 15 minutes) is provided free of charge to all community pharmacies located in Southampton, Hampshire, Isle of Wight and Portsmouth. The training has been funded by CPSC to help pharmacies meet their requirement to support health promotion activities throughout the year.

The short online course will enable you to:
  • To understand what GDPR is and when it goes live
  • To understand what data GDPR covers in your pharmacy and the role you play
  • To be able to understand what a data breach is and what actions you need to take
At the end, you will be able to obtain your certificate to give to your Data Protection Officer or Information Governance lead to demonstrate your pharmacy's compliance with the regulations.
