URGENT REMINDER - Dementia Friendly Pharmacies Engagement Events

8 free engagement events are being hosted across Wessex from 9th January in Wimborne through to 1st February in Isle of Wight.
Attendance at one of the events then completion of the Dementia Friendly Pharmacy Framework on PharmOutcomes will enable your pharmacy to achieve Dementia Friendly status.
NHS England are incentivising this by providing £100 to each pharmacy for attending the Engagement event and then a further £400 for successfully completing the framework before 31st March 2018.
Becoming “dementia friendly” will help you support your patients.
