Launching on 19 September, Stoptober is back for its eighth year to help smokers split up from their relationship with smoking
To help you support the campaign, and in addition to the printed resources that Public Health England (PHE) have already notified you about, they have also created a suite of digital and social resources which are now available to download from the PHE Campaign Resource Centre.
This year there is also have a new Stoptober Support Group on Facebook. This page encourages smokers to swap tips, stay engaged and motivated with likeminded quitters and previous successful quitters.
New digital resources availableYou can now download Stoptober promotional materials. The new resources available include:
- Partner toolkit and activation guide
- Graphics available for download
- Social media posts
- Digital banners and screens
Please note:
Community Pharmacy contractors are required to participate in this compulsory Public Health England health campaign from 1st October - 31st October. This is one of the six campaigns that form part of the CPCF agreement.
