Useful tool to be used by pharmacies for an 'Out of Stock' prescription
To provide a consistent approach to this common occurrence, Hampshire & Isle of Wight adopted an ‘Out of Stock’ template for use by Pharmacies.
Using the recommended 'best practice' actions check-list in the templates below, will help to clarify each individual stock situation and therefore justify each recommended request being made to the surgery.
