Recognition of Excellence Awards 2019

Nominations are now open until 8th April 2019

The Recognition of Excellence Awards publicly acknowledge the efforts and commitments of pharmacy support staff who have gone the extra mile to serve their customers, communities, pharmacists and pharmacy teams. It’s a lovely event held in June every year where some really heart-warming stories emerge from the finalists’ entries, where we applaud innovation, dedication and acts of kindness.

Now in it's sixth year, the event is held by Training Matters and they are currently running a campaign through their magazines and websites to encourage pharmacy staff to enter themselves, and also to ask pharmacists to nominate members of their teams who they feel are deserving. There’s no limit to the number of categories that one person can enter, no limit to the number of entrants from each pharmacy, and no fee to enter. All finalists are invited to their day-time Awards ceremony along with a guest of their choice, and they will fund and arrange travel for that. It promises to be a great event.

It's now time to nominate. So if you’re proud of something your staff have achieved and think they deserve recognition, Training Matters wants to hear from you. This year there are 11 categories and you can nominate individuals for as many as you wish.

For one of your team to be in with a chance of joining TM at a champagne reception and three-course meal at London’s five-star Dorchester Hotel in June, visit the RoE Awards website. You’ve got until 8 April to get your nominations in.
