Supporting younger patients including the new urgent care app
An update from Healthier Together ahead of winter to help support younger patients.
The Healthier Together urgent care app is being rolled out across Hampshire & Isle of Wight.
2 out of 3 app self-triages result in a 'green' self-care result which parents have found hugely reassuring, and in turn this has resulted in reduced consultations to GP surgeries and hospital.
Maternity content is being added in November and midwives will be encouraging all pregnant women to download the app – encourage parents to download the app.
