The New Year is another effective time to motivate smokers to make a quit attempt, and support them to stop smoking for good. Smoke stop resources are available from PHE...

The Health Harms campaign runs throughout January and provides resources at the Public Health Campaign Resource Centre

What's new this year?

  • Personal Quit Plan - this free online tool, which was introduced for Stoptober, helps smokers find the most suitable stop smoking support for them. The tool can also be embedded on your own website to keep visitors on your page and is live on the Smokefree webpage
  • ‘Harms’ and ‘hope’ resources - You can now choose between 'harms' resources that use harder hitting imagery or 'hope' resources that use supportive messaging.

The best place to start is the Health Harms 2019 Campaign Partner Toolkit
