Advanced notice of upcoming drug/ prescription switches
Over the next few months Hampshire and Isle of Wight ICB will be looking to do 2 switches across. (This does NOT include North East Hampshire – Aldershot, Farnborough, Fleet & Yateley)
The two switches are:
- Liothyronine tablets to Liothyronine capsules
- Colpermin capsules and generic peppermint capsules to Colomint brand
Through these switches the ICB aims to save over £200K.
ACTION: Please make sure you reduce stock of the products being switched from.
