Anxiety workshop

Join Julia Hamilton-Box to explore the vicious cycle of anxiety and what you can do to interrupt the cycle, manage excessive worries about everyday issues and cope with uncertainty. This workshop uses techniques based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to help manage anxiety.

Winter Wellness – Depression Workshop slides now available

This workshop drew on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy strategies to discuss the symptoms of low mood, the vicious cycle of low mood and strategies (with particular focus on behaviours and thinking styles) to reverse the cycle.
