This training is Fully funded for up to TWO prospective Health Champions per pharmacy. This is your last chance to apply and take advantage of this fabulous offer to increase the number of Health Champions in your pharmacy
There is free training available for your team to become Health Champions, funded by Health Education England. You can enrol up to two team members using the link below:
26th November (DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Southampton, Bracken Place, Chilworth, Southampton) – morning or afternoon

IMPORTANT POINT
If you plan to make a Quality Payment Scheme claim in February 2019 for the HLP domain and you continue to display your HLP certificate/stickers, then you will need to make sure you are currently compliant with all the quality criteria; including making sure you have an HLP leader and Health Champion (full-time equivalent).
