Every pharmacy needs to complete the PCN declaration to identify which Primary Care Network they are aligned with.
CPSC requested return of this information by 18th October.
The deadline has now been reached.
If you are still non-compliant, please complete this ASAP and definitely by 25th October. Thank you for all those of you that have already completed their returns.
