The survey is intended for those community pharmacies that have received a Diabetes Hypoglycaemia Support Pack and who attended one of the two Hypoglycaemia Development events during October in either Eastleigh or Brockenhurst.
We would very much appreciate if you could complete our online survey monkey.
We aim to evaluate the results from people pre-training that had not used the pack extensively versus those that have now used the pack and attended the recent Development event. We aim to measure the increased pharmacy team confidence and competence in talking to people with diabetes due to their greater awareness of the subject.
