Diabetes Hypoglycaemia Support Pack Development event
The evening will focus on turning the knowledge acquired in the pack into action with practical case studies, discussion and context provided by CPSC, West Hampshire CCG and the West Hampshire Community Diabetes Team

The hypo development events are being hosted for one pharmacist per community pharmacy within West Hampshire CCG only. There are two evening events to choose from as follows:
- 10th October 2018 at Eastleigh
- 16th October 2018 at Brockenhurst
We recommend that all West Hampshire pharmacies attend this event and maximise the benefits that can be made from regular use of the Hypo Pack by themselves and their teams. The development can be used to support your new GPhC revalidation requirements. |
