Are you a Pharmacist with an interest in tackling polypharmacy?

The AHSN network is looking to improve medication safety through its Polypharmacy Community of Practice group where they aim to;

Create a learning system where all those with a passion to address polypharmacy can come together to share their experience and learn from each other
Provide a forum for all those who have completed the Polypharmacy Action Learning Set (ALS) series where they can continue to learn and exchange their ideas
Provide access to an audience for all those, who are completing a polypharmacy project, to share their work and results
Invite expert guest speakers to share their knowledge and experience in this area
Create a feedback loop for the system so that barriers and challenges inherent in this work can be heard
To ensure momentum and local engagement with the wider polypharmacy agenda.
