Updating the NHS Directory of Services (DoS)

If you find you are unable to trade on a particular day e.g. due to staff shortages be it support staff or pharmacist; as well as informing NHSE&I of the temporary closure, you need to make sure you update your Directory of Service profile online. The DoS is used by 111 and urgent care centres to direct patients to their nearest suitable pharmacy.

The DoS will update the information 111 can see within 10 minuets of you making the amend.
