University Hospital Southampton – Discharge Medicines Service (DMS)

Launch of new one contact telephone number for all DMS queries.
From the 1st August if you need to contact the Pharmacy Department at UHS with a DMS query please use telephone number: 02381 206 086 between 9am - 5pm.
The admin team will take the calls from community pharmacists and redirect them to the duty screening pharmacist who will call the pharmacy back when they’ve had chance to look into the query.
The hope is this will make the process a little easier rather than trying to contact a specific pharmacist in the team who may not be at work that day.
