Type 2 Diabetes Patient Conference 2018 in Winchester

The West Hampshire Community Diabetes Service (WHCDS) are hosting this popular annual conference. Community Pharmacists are most welcome to attend.
Following on from the excellent Diabetes Hypoglycaemia Development events at Eastleigh & Brockenhurst and the distribution of a Diabetes Hypo Pack to every community pharmacy in West Hampshire, this annual conference will bring you fully up to date with what's happening locally for people with type 2 diabetes.
The event is open for both patients and healthcare professional alike and is free of charge to attend.
There is no need to book-in, please just come along for however long you are able to come for. You will be most welcome!
