Tuesday 9th September at 7pm

You are invited to the first NHSE South East England Inclusive Pharmacy Practice Webinar, taking place this September.

This session is open to all pharmacy professionals across the South East who want to learn how to create more inclusive and equitable workplaces. Whether you're an established EDI (Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion) champion or just beginning your journey, they want to hear from you.

Join NHSE to explore how inclusive pharmacy practice can be made a reality

In the first  session, the two speakers are:

  • Erk Gunce, Erk will explore what can be done to make recruitment a more inclusive experience, offering insights to help pharmacy teams attract and retain diverse talent. Thinking of the recruitment roadmap, starting from writing a job advert, to how the role is advertised, how people are shortlisted, setting assessment questions, carrying out assessment and giving feedback to candidates at the end of assessment, you will walk away with food for thought on things you can be doing differently in your own recruitment initiatives.
  • Pippa Meakins, a pharmacy technician who will share her journey of championing neurodivergence support within her hospital trust.

NHSE will also be inviting your views on how to support EDI across the region in a way that is meaningful to you.
