NHS England has made a small number of crucial updates to the service specification. These relate to COVID-19 vaccine supply, offsite locations, and terminology regarding immunosuppressed patients. Read the service specification

Final reminder – 2026/27 COVID-19 vaccination service registration

Community pharmacies have until 23:59 on 2 February to sign up to provide the 2026/27 COVID-19 vaccination service:

• Community pharmacy contractors must use this registration form.

Providers signed up by this deadline will receive COVID-19 vaccine by the start of the spring campaign.

Spring 2026 COVID-19 vaccination campaign: training webinars

The Spring 2026 campaign introduces a new provider-led vaccine supply model. NHS England is hosting training webinars (23 February – 11 March) to help providers understand how to order vaccine, manage allocations and use the Federated Data Platform.

Sessions available:

• All Other Providers (4 sessions, including evening)
• Federated Data Platform drop-ins (3 sessions)

Full details are available on the vaccine and screening NHS Futures workspace. Each session covers the same content – providers need only attend one per category. Attendees should log into the Federated Data Platform beforehand.
