Details on how to order
Trurapi SoloStar pens are currently on script validation. Pharmacies need to place orders via Sanofi's quota override portal: ICare Allocation.
Pharmacies will need to register a new account using either AAH or Phoenix account numbers (AAH – make sure you use full account number 3 digits, a letter, 8 digits, a letter, both letters need to be in capitals with no spaces or /).
You will need to provide your postcode (do not put a space in the middle) and an email address.
Once registered, choose the option ‘request quota override’ to place an order. You will need to upload a copy of the anonymised prescription (patient details and barcode must be covered).
