REMINDER: All Hampshire pharmacies need to re-apply for provision of Public Health Services

Written by admin on Wednesday 30th January 2019

The current commissioned Hampshire County Council contracts end on 31st March 2019. For details of how to re-apply, please read on...

It's now important for all Hampshire contractors to follow the guidance below to ensure that you fully understand how to re-apply for these locally commissioned services (EHC etc..) and be included in the framework that commences on 1st April 2019.

WARNING: TAKING NO ACTION WILL RESULT IN YOU NO LONGER BEING ABLE TO PROVIDE THESE SERVICES

nb: Pharmacies within a multiple group will have make their application at their Head Office. It may well be worth checking however that this has been brought to their attention just in case they missed the communications published.

To date I can confirm that Day Lewis, Lloyds, Morrisons, Paydens & Rowlands have completed their submissions and that Boots are currently in process. Hampshire County Council have not had submissions yet from other multiple pharmacy groups.

Full details were shared in the following original CPSC News article on 30th October 2018 shown below:
