Public Health Promotion Resources

The NHS has launched new materials and digital assets to support their Every Mind Matters campaign.
The campaign highlights ways to look after our own mental wellbeing and is aimed at all adults but weighted towards vulnerable groups and those most at risk of mental health problems. The goals are to help encourage, enable and motivate preventative mental health behaviours.
