TARGET Treating Your Infection data collection tool on MYS
Pharmacies taking part in the Pharmacy Quality Scheme (PQS) will be able to access the TARGET Treating Your Infection data collection tool via the MYS portal from 1st September 2023.
A printable data collection sheet is also available from the NHSBSA website.
Prior to carrying out the data collection make sure you are familiar with the recommendations published in the report from the data collection carried out in the 2022/23 PQS.
