A webinar about how pharmacies can improve the health of their local population
The Population Health Management Webinar is being jointly held by NHS England and NHS Improvement (NHSE&I), the Royal Pharmaceutical Society (RPS) and the Association of Pharmacy Technicians UK (APTUK).
The online event aims to improve understanding of population health management and health inequalities and provides an overview of the role of population health intelligence to inform population health management.
The agenda includes insight from senior leaders at Day Lewis Pharmacy and Green Light Pharmacy, as well as highlighting the use of tools to help inform the management of local population health needs.
The webinar is on Tuesday 26th April, 7-9pm. Attendees are required to register by Friday 22nd April.
