Pharmacy Quality Scheme: One week left to complete your declaration

Declaration window will close on Friday 3rd March
Pharmacies are reminded that they have one week left to make their Pharmacy Quality Scheme (PQS) 2022/23 declaration through the MYS portal.
Pharmacies have until the 31st March to collate the evidence for the gateway criteria and domains claimed for but you must make your declaration by 11.59pm on Friday 3rd March 2023 based on what domains you intend to meet.
