Controlled Drugs
If you have controlled drugs for destruction (patient returns and out of date stock) please contact https://www.cdreporting.co.uk/nhs/account/signin
Who will grant temporary authorised witness to witness the destruction of controlled drugs in the pharmacy.
Patient Returned Sharps
On the mainland the Councils provide kerbside collection from an individual patient’s home. Patients can arrange a collection by contacting their council.
On the Isle of Wight, a number of Community Pharmacies are commissioned by the council to take back patient returned sharps and provide a replacement sharps bin.
