In a time of unprecedented cuts and workload challenges, it can feel impossible to take time out of the business to consider where to invest resources, time and energy. If you feel out of control and simply fire-fighting, you can make potentially costly decisions about initiatives that won’t or don’t work in your local community.

P3pharmacy is teaming up with award-winning training specialists Pharmacy Complete to deliver an innovative programme aimed at helping community pharmacy owners evaluate their business performance, and work out how to take back control. The programme will include a one day-workshop and regular touch-points to support individuals through the process, delivered by Pharmacy Complete, while P3pharmacy will follow them over the course of a year as they implement the outputs of a guided in-depth review of the business, focus for future growth, and a strategic development plan.

P3pharmacy are offering SIX owners of single independent pharmacies the opportunity to be part of this exciting programme. There will be no direct cost to participate, although individuals will need to fund their own backfill and expenses to attend the workshop.

To be considered you must:

  • Be an accredited Healthy Living Pharmacy
  • Meet the QPS Gateway criteria
  • Want to review, challenge and change your current business model
  • Commit to being part of an evaluated programme over 12 months
  • Be prepared to undertake regular reviews of business performance
  • Attend a one-day workshop in London in May 2019
