NPA Survey - What are the true COVID-19 costs?

The NPA launched a survey to assess potential costs that have been incurred by community pharmacy due to COVID-19 pandemic. We encourage all independent contractors to complete the survey monkey attached

 

The COVID-19 pandemic has and will continue to have very serious financial consequences to community pharmacy businesses. CPSC is supporting this NPA survey and would like to encourage all independent contractors to fill in the survey below:

  • How many pharmacies do you have?
  • What is your NPA member number?
  • Which Country Located?
  • What has been the prescription uplift during March?
  • What has been the level of pharmacist absence?
  • What has been the level of non-pharmacist staff absence?
  • What additional staffing costs have been incurred per pharmacy during March?
  • How much has been spent per pharmacy on safety/security equipment (protective screens etc) related to COVID-19?

What other costs have been incurred in responding to COVID-19?
