Funded Pilot to Support People Living With Diabetes
A1cNow+ Healthy Lifestyle Service
BHR Pharmaceuticals are running a pilot starting from January 2023 to support people living with diabetes.
Pharmacies will be reimbursed for their time in being part of the pilot alongside all the equipment and training they will need to be part of the pilot.
The pilot service aims to:
- Help people living with diabetes make lifestyle changes
- Empower them with their key health measures e.g. HbA1c, BMI, fat percentage
- Provide accountability and motivation to make habit change last
- Improve HbA1c management, reduce waist size, improve wellbeing
