Sleepstation is a 6-week online course for people who struggle to fall asleep or stay asleep through the night
The course is tailored to the needs of each patient, using the information they provide, and gives them access to a team of sleep experts who will offer helpful advice and support throughout.
Community Pharmacy has now been included as an eligible healthcare partner that can refer directly into this NHS England commissioned service. The service is available on the NHS in some parts of England - the options available to a patient depend on where they live. For more details, see the links below and register your interest.
