The next webinar in the series on the Delivery Plan for Recovering Access to Primary Care looks in more detail about the proposals to expand the vital role of community pharmacy.
David Webb, Chief Pharmaceutical Officer and Ali Sparke, Director for Pharmacy, Optometry and Dental are hosting a webinar to outline new developments in how community pharmacy teams will play a greater role in providing clinical services to patients.
The webinar will include:
- the announcement of a pharmacy first scheme,
- the blood pressure check service and contraception service,
- independent prescribing, and
- the community pharmacist consultation service expansion to urgent care settings.
