New e-LFH Module: Understanding Eating Disorders

Aimed at GPs and other Healthcare Professionals
A short new module which aims to equip clinicians with the knowledge and skills needed to be able to identify eating disorders. Whilst aimed at GPs, some Pharmacists may wish to access this module to improve their knowledge.
The module includes information on providing medical assessment and treatment, referrals and referral pathways to specialist services and the psychological impact of eating disorders on patients, their families and carers.
The module has been created by Health Education England in partnership with NHS England, experts by experience and the charity Beat.
