Community Pharmacy teams are reminded to ensure the CPAF questionnaire is completed by 11:59pm on 31st July 2025.
According to information supplied by NHSBSA there are 113 Pharmacies across Hampshire & Isle of Wight still to complete it.
Please note this is a mandatory requirement for all pharmacy owners.
Failure to complete the CPAF may result in ICBs issuing a breach or remedial notice / notices and withholding payments; and stopping the provision of advanced services.
