Whilst the webinar is aimed predominantly at those working in Frimley ICS area (North East Hampshire), the webinar is available to anyone who would like to know more about the Healthier Together website.
The ICS is fortunate to have Dr Alexandra Streeter de Diego, who is the Clinical Project Lead talking about the how to optimise use of Healthier Together.
Alex is a GP Partner in Farnham, a Paediatric Clinical Fellow at Frimley Park Hospital, out of hours GP and part of the Frimley ICS Children and Young people urgent care group and has been instrumental is leading the Frimley Healthier Together project.
The Healthier Together website provides advice for parents, young people and pregnant women, and clinical resources to support healthcare professionals, so individuals receive consistently high-quality care, irrespective of which healthcare professional they see.
At the webinar Alex will take you on a journey around the website so you will know how to optimise use of the Healthier Together programme.
