A special edition of the bulletin focusing on Palliative care specialist prescribing in a community setting.
This bulletin provides an update on changes to the Hampshire and Isle of Wight (HIOW) formulary, the community pharmacy locally commissioned service for palliative care and authorisation charts for continuous subcutaneous infusion (CSCI) and PRN drugs in the home.
