One to One Support available

Along with a number of workshops and webinars provided by the Health & Wellbeing Service, one to one appointments are available between 7am – 7pm.

The Health & Wellbeing Service provide personalised wellbeing support to help you on your journey towards a healthier, happier you.

Areas currently supported:

  • Weight Management and Nutrition 
  • Fitness and Exercise 
  • Stress Management 
  • Sleep Management 
  • Menopause
  • General Wellbeing and Self-Care 

Health & Wellbeing recommend that you book one consultation only in an area that you would like to prioritise.  This is because lasting change is more likely when you take small steps and embed a few healthy habits at a time, rather than try to change too much at once.  When the time is right though, you will be welcome to choose another area to prioritise.
