Flu Season Evaluation Survey 24/25

Your support is appreciated in completing flu & covid evaluation survey 2024/5
As we have now completed this year’s flu & covid programme for Autumn/ Winter 2024/5, NHS England have launched a short survey online, to help them inform plans for next year and would really appreciate support in completing it.

They are particularly keen to hear about what went well and what may have hindered efforts.
The findings of the survey will be shared with regional and national colleagues as well as system colleagues.
The survey closes on the 29th of May 2025.
