Join the South East Coast and London Diabetes UK team for an online event for people living with and affected by diabetes. You’ll learn about the link between diabetes and kidney disease, how kidney disease is managed, and how it can be prevented.
This event is open to everyone – patients, general public and pharmacy teams. The webinar will take place on:
