Creating Coaching Champions Online Workshops
NHS England is offering Creating Coaching Champions online workshops, open to all professional groups including pharmacy. The workshops are designed to strengthen learning in practice through coaching led approaches and facilitated group problem solving.
Four dates are available from 10am to 3pm.

This is an interactive workshop supporting educators and supervisors to enhance learning in clinical practice through coaching lead conversations, holistic delegation and collaborative peer learning.
Participants will build the confidence and skills to act as Coaching Champions and support sustainable improvements to learner experience and readiness for practice.
