Call For Expressions of Interest in providing COVID Booster Vaccinations

Opportunity for more pharmacies to get involved. Closing date for return of EOIs to NHS England is 5pm on 28th July.
All contrators should have received the letter from NHS England about expressions of interest in delivering Phase 3 COVID Vaccination Boosters.
This is open for all contractors to apply whether you have delivered COVID vaccinations previously or not.
There are 3 capacity options - you can express interest in all 3 capacity options. The pharmacy can deliver on a weekly basis:
- 100 vaccinations
- 350 vaccinations
- 1,000 vaccinations
Can flu and COVID-19 vaccines be given together: current advice is there will be arrangements to enable co-administration of flu and COVID-19 vaccines in Trusts, residential care homes, to housebound patients and in other residential settings only.
Who will be eligible? JCVI will propose the patient eligibility for the booster vaccine; this will be confirmed as soon as possible.
When would the service start: September 2021.
