Applications NOW OPEN for the Aspiring Pharmacy Leaders Programme Spring 2022

Following the successful delivery of the Aspiring Pharmacy Leaders Programme in Spring 2021, Health Education England (HEE) are thrilled to announce that the programme will be returning in Spring 2022 with applications now open for early-career pharmacists.
Aspiring Pharmacy Leaders is a unique UK wide grass-roots programme that is supported by the NHS Leadership Academy. The aim is to bring tangible leadership skills and journeys of cross-sector pharmacy and healthcare leaders closer to pharmacists earlier on in their careers. Applications are welcomed from early career UK-based registered pharmacists working in any health and social care sector who have completed the pre-registration exam within the last four years (please see full applicant criteria here). The programme will be delivered virtually over three evening monthly events between February 2022 and April 2022 with an optional face to face networking event in May 2022 in London.
The programme combines access to inspirational leading pharmacy and healthcare guest speakers coupled with an interactive overview on leadership principles such as leadership styles, the power of networks and organisational culture.
Due to limited spaces the programme will operate on an eligibility and application basis. Please note the applications will close 23:59pm on Sunday 31st October 2021
